What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Enrollment Manager, Alpha - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most enrollment positions are designed to maximize volume. This one is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, with data to confirm it. Afternoons are dedicated to depth, independence, and skill development rooted in the real world. The model is effective. But it only succeeds with the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, spanning first inquiry to onboarding. This is not a pass-off role. You are accountable for how families engage with us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate thoughtful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize headcount. The objective is alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, high-end membership organizations, or owner-operators who have personally overseen high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow-through.
If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service where trust, discretion, and experiential quality shape the brand, this role will be recognizable—just applied to work that genuinely changes outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, Orange County, Roswell, Chicago, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Dallas-Fort Worth. Relocation assistance is available.
