What You Will Be Doing
Take ownership of the admissions inbox and ensure prompt, considerate, and professional engagement with prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Manage and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, conducted on campus and online
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange shadow day scheduling for prospective students
Maintain precise, current records and follow-up activities within admissions systems

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you demonstrate high reliability and meticulous attention to detail
- High attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM data
- Comfortable balancing remote work with in-person campus responsibilities
- Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
- Authorized to work in the US and able to work in-person in either San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
