You will reply promptly and with care, arrange campus tours and shadow opportunities, keep applicant information current and accurate, and help parents understand Alpha's approach and determine fit. This is a high-visibility, relationship-centered role where your work directly shapes enrollment outcomes.
This is an on-campus, fast-moving position in San Francisco suited to someone capable of balancing multiple responsibilities with precision and attention. What You Will Be Doing
- Replying to prospective family inquiries within 24 hours with clear, professional communication aligned with Alpha's standards
- Organizing and executing admissions events, campus tours, and student shadow experiences, including logistics and post-event follow-up
- Ensuring applicant records remain accurate and up-to-date across CRM systems and admissions platforms
- Conducting meetings with families to present Alpha's educational model, respond to questions, and document key insights
- Partnering with campus and admissions teams to maintain a streamlined and effective admissions process
- Making final enrollment decisions or shaping admissions policy
- Delivering instruction or managing curriculum development
- Relying on aggressive sales techniques or templated messaging
- Working in a loosely defined or sluggish environment

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
