What You Will Be Doing

• Coaching and advancing a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with world-class precision
• Developing Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and success
• Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students' learning through adaptive applications; your focus is training them to become exceptional facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our passing grade is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that benchmark
• Conducting dull training – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, high-energy, experiential learning
  
  

Head Coach Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting.
• Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
