You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, from crafting playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating exceptional facilitation techniques.

What You Will Be Doing
- Coaching and advancing a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with world-class precision
- Developing Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
- Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and success
- Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students' learning through adaptive applications; your focus is training them to become exceptional facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing grade is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that benchmark
- Conducting dull training – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, high-energy, experiential learning

Basic Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
- Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
