You will serve as the driving force, mentor, and architect behind our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will determine how Alpha Guides engage with students, from creating operational frameworks and assessment systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and coaching a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional precision
- Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning experiences, and challenge resolution
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that elevates student participation and outcomes
- Personally coaching a small student group, demonstrating advanced mentoring and motivational techniques
- Designing lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your priority is developing their facilitation expertise
- Compromising expectations – when our success threshold is 100%, maintaining that standard is your responsibility
- Conducting dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning
Develop and coach a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional precision.
Basic Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
- Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities with demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Competency in data interpretation and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
