What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
- Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to optimize instructional approaches and identify actionable trends
- Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curriculum—students engage with academic subjects via AI-adaptive applications
Reading Program Coordinator key responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
- At least 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Skilled at evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and attuned to student behaviors within those platforms
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
