What You Will Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with direct responsibility for enrollments, conversion performance, and customer acquisition cost
- Architecting and executing continuous experimentation to surface and resolve critical conversion obstacles
- Developing the annual marketing strategy spanning virtual, campus, and summer programs—including positioning, audience segments, channel strategy, budget planning, and quantifiable objectives
- Creating a high-velocity execution framework that delivers consistently via agencies, contractors, and marketing platforms
- Collaborating directly with enrollment and school leadership to transform family insights into more precise messaging and higher-performing creative assets
- Executing awareness campaigns that lack direct enrollment accountability
- Serving as an order-taker for unplanned marketing requests with ambiguous return on investment
- Waiting for lengthy approval cycles or navigating large organizational bureaucracies to launch initiatives
- Focusing on vanity metrics that do not correlate with enrolled families

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent)
- 10 years of experience leading full-funnel marketing strategy and delivering measurable results in startup, technology, or high-growth contexts
- Proven accountability for concrete conversion metrics including enrollments, revenue, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates
- Deep funnel analytics expertise with a demonstrated history of identifying bottlenecks and prioritizing high-leverage solutions
- Experience establishing brand strategy, positioning, and messaging at an organizational level
- Demonstrated capability to design and oversee scalable execution systems utilizing agencies, contractors, and marketing technology
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a remote capacity based in the United States
