You will answer family questions swiftly and with professionalism, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, keep applicant files impeccable, and guide meaningful discussions that help parents evaluate whether Alpha's approach suits their child. This is not a background function. You are externally focused, process-oriented, and responsible for how families perceive Alpha.
This is a dynamic, in-person campus role suited to someone who thrives when managing competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or warmth. What You Will Be Doing
- Replying to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with clear, warm, and Alpha-consistent messaging
- Organizing and executing admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences for students
- Keeping applicant records accurate and current across admissions platforms and CRM systems
- Conducting family meetings to clarify Alpha's model, respond to questions, and capture their input
- Collaborating closely with campus leadership and admissions colleagues to ensure continuous progress for every family
- Making final decisions about admissions or enrollment
- Leading classroom instruction or contributing to daily teaching responsibilities
- Relying on aggressive sales techniques or inflexible conversation templates
- Operating in an environment where expectations, standards, or goals are ambiguous

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
- Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or parent-facing programs
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
