What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the daily schedule with accuracy so 2-Hour Learning sessions begin promptly, remain distraction-free, and conclude effectively.
- Addressing initial tech issues (equipment configuration, fundamental troubleshooting) and managing escalations through IT.
- Ensuring a secure, orderly campus: emergency drills, incident documentation, vendor coordination, and facility preparedness.
- Communicating effectively with students, families, and team members; resolving issues quickly and recording outcomes.
- Facilitating campus events—orientations, ceremonies, inventory and space logistics—so the site consistently operates at readiness.
- Delivering academic instruction or designing curriculum; Guides handle student coaching while you manage infrastructure.
- Working remotely or behind the scenes; your role is campus-facing and directly influences student outcomes and family confidence.
- Engaging in low-impact tasks that don't advance speed, safety, or learning quality.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 2 years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or a comparable service-intensive setting.
- Composed under pressure; proactive troubleshooter capable of balancing multiple demands while preserving precision.
- Proficient with foundational IT support and Google Workspace management.
- Direct, professional written and spoken communication that builds credibility.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to work on-site in Austin, TX (visa sponsorship not available).
