- Reaching out to new inbound leads within 24 hours and beginning admissions discussions via phone
- Communicating Unbound Academy's virtual model and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language
- Maintaining regular follow-up to advance families from inquiry stage through application and into enrollment
- Recording all interactions in a CRM system with precise notes, defined next steps, and current pipeline status
- Planning and facilitating local recruitment events in Arizona or Texas to introduce the school and generate new leads
- Allowing inbound leads to remain unaddressed while working through administrative tasks
- Relying on rigid scripts or functioning in a high-volume call center manner
- Participating in events passively, without actively presenting or driving lead generation
- Dedicating the bulk of your time to back-office duties when enrollment activity is high

Basic Requirements
- Located in Arizona and available to work in a hybrid capacity
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing position
- Background working with children or families (such as schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or comparable settings)
- At ease making regular phone calls and shepherding families through multi-stage processes
- Solid verbal communication abilities with a capacity to establish trust rapidly
- Working knowledge of CRM systems or digital lead tracking platforms
- Background in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification positions
- Experience organizing or presenting at community events or outreach initiatives
- Academic coursework or professional background in communications, education, or a related discipline
