What You Will Be Doing
- Reaching out to new inbound leads within 24 hours and starting admissions conversations by phone
- Describing Unbound Academy's virtual model and the enrollment process using clear, accessible language
- Maintaining consistent follow-up to guide families from inquiry through application to final enrollment
- Recording all interactions in a CRM with precise notes, next steps, and updated pipeline information
- Planning and hosting local recruitment events in Arizona or Texas to introduce the school and generate new leads
- Allowing inbound leads to remain uncontacted while you focus on administrative tasks
- Working from rigid scripts or functioning like a high-volume call center
- Attending events in a passive capacity without actively presenting or capturing leads
- Dedicating most of your time to back-office tasks when enrollment activity is high

Basic Requirements
- Located in Arizona and available to work in a hybrid capacity
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or another role involving direct customer interaction
- Background working with children or families (such as schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or similar settings)
- Confident making regular phone calls and leading families through multi-step procedures
- Excellent verbal communication abilities with the capacity to build trust quickly
- Proficiency with CRM systems or digital tools for lead tracking
- Background in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification positions
- Experience organizing or presenting at community events or outreach initiatives
- Academic background or coursework in communications, education, or a related discipline
