What are the responsibilities and job description for the Education Enrollment Advisor, Unbound Academy - $40,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Success in this role depends on your ability to establish trust with parents within moments of making contact. You will thrive here if you are motivated by outreach, diligent with follow-through, and capable of presenting a new educational model without depending on scripted language. If phone-based communication drains you or you prefer work without measurable performance indicators, this opportunity will not align with your strengths.
Unbound Academy operates as a tuition-free virtual public charter school that serves students through a distinctive educational framework. Core academics are completed in concentrated time blocks using AI-assisted learning platforms, allowing students to dedicate the remainder of their day to skill-building through hands-on projects and enrichment activities. You will serve as the primary relationship-builder for families considering this alternative.
Your weekly responsibilities include responding promptly to new family inquiries, supporting families through each stage of the admissions pathway, and advancing them from curiosity to confirmed enrollment. You will also attend local community events on behalf of Unbound Academy to cultivate new interest and raise visibility within your region. During quieter enrollment periods, you will support broader school operations while remaining prepared for the next admissions cycle.
If you are looking for a position where your communication quality, follow-through discipline, and personal accountability directly shape enrollment outcomes, we are eager to connect with you.
What You Will Be Doing
Transform family interest into qualified, well-informed applicants who successfully complete enrollment at Unbound Academy.

At Unbound Academy, students can master their core academics in just two hours a day. Our teachers use an AI-powered learning model to adjust to each child’s pace and interests, ensuring progress happens twice as fast as in a typical classroom.
