What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment, Alpha - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
While most enrollment positions focus on maximizing volume, this role is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is constructing a school model of exceptional ambition. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-driven instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Student learning consistently outpaces national averages, validated by measurable outcomes. Afternoons are structured for deeper exploration, independent work, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But effectiveness depends on enrolling the right families. That responsibility falls to you.
You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a role where you hand off responsibility. You determine how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with proper understanding. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not filling seats. The objective is ensuring fit.
We welcome candidates from high-end service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, premium hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly overseen valuable client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a personalized, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through. If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service where trust, professionalism, and experience quality establish the brand, this role will resonate. Apply now to apply that standard to meaningful work.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and deliver a trust-centered, highly selective enrollment process that secures alignment with the right families while safeguarding the reputation and effectiveness of the Alpha model.
Basic Requirements
Join the team building school around student growth

Roles with real student impact: Alpha hires teachers (guides), operators, admissions experts, school & curriculum leaders, and remote team members.
Education work that pays like it matters: Alpha offers six-figure roles for people ready to help build a radically better school experience.
A culture built for builders: Alpha is fast-moving, ambitious, and student focused. It’s for people who want to improve the system, not maintain it.
