You will control the complete enrollment process for a campus, starting with initial inquiries and continuing through family onboarding. This position does not involve handoffs. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp our approach, and whether enrollment choices reflect genuine fit. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. The objective is alignment.

What You Will Be Doing

- Facilitating needs-based discussions to assess compatibility before offering solutions or suggesting forward steps.
- Overseeing 20 concurrent family engagements across various enrollment phases, maintaining clear tracking of progress and scheduled touchpoints.
- Guiding campus visits, shadow day experiences, and enrollment dialogues that transparently convey outcomes, standards, and model suitability.
- Ensuring accurate documentation within CRM and enrollment systems (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, task prioritization, and consistent service delivery.
- Employing transactional or high-pressure enrollment strategies.
- Accepting families who lack alignment merely to satisfy enrollment targets.
- Overseeing a sizable staff or working through complex approval hierarchies.
- Transferring responsibility for the family experience across multiple departments.
- Operating remotely. This position requires on-campus presence by design.

- 3 years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or independently managed service operations).
- Proven accountability for a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning first interaction through final onboarding.
- Track record managing 20 simultaneous client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization approach.
- Capacity to supply specific instances of consultative guidance, including occasions when you advised against your offering due to poor fit.
- Professional-level written correspondence experience engaging senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these regions: Santa Barbara, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Orange County, CA; Roswell, GA; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; or Dallas-Fort Worth, TX.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Background in admissions for selective private schools or enrollment within competitive programs.
- Professional history in upscale hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support functions.
- Experience developing or refining enrollment workflows, operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment quality, not merely speed.
