In this position, you oversee the admissions journey after interest has been expressed. You will address family questions promptly and with professionalism, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, keep applicant data accurate and complete, and facilitate meaningful discussions that clarify Alpha's model and support informed family decisions. This is not a background support role. You are customer-facing, process-oriented, and directly responsible for the quality of each family's Alpha experience.
This is an on-campus, high-tempo role suited to someone who thrives when managing competing demands without sacrificing attention to detail or interpersonal warmth. What You Will Be Doing
- Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with communication that is clear, inviting, and consistent with Alpha's voice
- Designing and delivering admissions events, campus visits, and shadow day experiences for students
- Ensuring applicant records remain current and precise across admissions platforms and CRM systems
- Conducting meetings with families to outline Alpha's philosophy, respond to concerns, and capture insights
- Collaborating with campus and admissions leadership to sustain momentum for every prospective family
- Rendering final decisions regarding admissions or enrollment
- Leading classroom instruction or participating in day-to-day teaching
- Relying on aggressive sales methods or inflexible conversation frameworks
- Operating in a setting where expectations, processes, or accountability are ambiguous

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
- Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Prior involvement with admissions events or parent-engagement initiatives
- Adaptability in dynamic, technology-forward settings
