You will address inquiries promptly and professionally, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, keep applicant data immaculate, and facilitate meaningful discussions that clarify Alpha's approach and help parents evaluate fit for their child. This is not a support role. You are client-facing, process-oriented, and directly responsible for how Alpha is experienced by prospective families.
This is an on-campus, fast-moving role suited to someone who thrives on managing competing demands without sacrificing attention to detail or interpersonal warmth. What You Will Be Doing
- Replying to prospective family inquiries within 24 hours with clear, inviting, and brand-consistent messaging
- Organizing and executing admissions events, campus visits, and shadow day experiences
- Keeping applicant data accurate and current across admissions platforms and CRM systems
- Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to questions, and capture their input
- Collaborating with campus and admissions staff to ensure continuous progress for every family
- Making final decisions on admissions or enrollment
- Delivering classroom instruction or supporting day-to-day teaching
- Relying on aggressive sales techniques or prescriptive scripts
- Operating in an environment where expectations, standards, or priorities are ambiguous

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
- Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or parent-facing programs
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
