What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Director, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most enrollment positions prioritize throughput. This one is designed to uphold standards.
2 Hour Learning partners with families who demand accuracy, confidentiality, and evidence. We condense a traditional school day into two intensive hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, with results confirmed by measurable data. The remainder of each day is freed for deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical competency development. The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on selecting the right families.
This is your focus.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a relay position. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with proper understanding. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. The objective is proper alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or independent operators who have directly managed high-stakes client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and accountability.
If your professional background centers on delivering exceptional service where trust, discretion, and experiential quality define brand identity, this role will be recognizable—simply applied to work that meaningfully improves outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, campus-based position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, Atlanta, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.
