This is your opportunity.

You will manage the complete enrollment experience for one campus—from initial contact through final onboarding. This is not a shared responsibility model. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp our approach, and whether their enrollment decision stems from sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment volume. The objective is proper alignment.

We welcome candidates whose backgrounds include premium client service beyond conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through.

This is a salaried, full-time, on-site position. We are currently hiring across Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, Atlanta, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Taking full ownership of the enrollment experience for prospective families from initial inquiry through completed onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-based conversations to evaluate compatibility before proposing solutions or outlining subsequent steps.
  • Overseeing 20 concurrent family relationships across various enrollment stages, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow-up.
  • Guiding campus visits, student shadow sessions, and enrollment discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment data management (HubSpot and SIS) to enable accurate forecasting, smart prioritization, and exceptional service delivery.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Employing transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Accepting enrollments from incompatible families to meet quotas.
  • Overseeing large teams or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Handing off family relationship ownership across multiple departments.
  • Operating remotely. This position requires on-campus presence by design.

Private Client Director Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that successfully converts well-matched families while safeguarding the credibility and effectiveness of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Basic Requirements

  • 3 years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or independently operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact to final onboarding.
  • Track record managing 20 concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization methodology.
  • Capacity to present specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your own product or service due to poor fit.
  • Professional writing experience with senior leadership, high-net-worth clients, or sophisticated audiences.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Roswell, GA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment.
  • History in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support functions.
  • Experience designing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality rather than merely speed.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
