What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Client Director, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Unlike most enrollment roles designed to maximize volume, this position is built around maintaining standards.
2 Hour Learning partners with families who demand precision, confidentiality, and evidence. We condense a traditional school day into two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Our students regularly outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by verifiable data. The remainder of the day is available for deeper exploration, self-directed learning, and practical skill development. Our approach delivers results. Yet success depends entirely on enrolling families who are the right match.
This is your opportunity.
You will manage the complete enrollment experience for one campus—from initial contact through final onboarding. This is not a shared responsibility model. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp our approach, and whether their enrollment decision stems from sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment volume. The objective is proper alignment.
We welcome candidates whose backgrounds include premium client service beyond conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
If your professional history involves delivering exceptional service where reputation depends on trust, discretion, and experience quality, this role will be a natural extension—just focused on something that genuinely transforms outcomes.
This is a salaried, full-time, on-site position. We are currently hiring across Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, Atlanta, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.
What You Will Be Doing
Design and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that successfully converts well-matched families while safeguarding the credibility and effectiveness of the 2 Hour Learning model.

With students consistently ranking in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, they’re proving that smarter learning is possible. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter.
They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
