What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Director, Alpha - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most admissions positions focus on driving numbers. This role is designed to uphold rigor.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking school models. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely advance faster than national standards, with outcomes supported by measurable data. Afternoons are reserved for deeper exploration, independent learning, and the development of practical competencies. The model is proven. But success depends entirely on enrolling the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus—from initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a relay role. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether they enroll for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize volume. The objective is to ensure alignment.
We welcome candidates from high-caliber service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership services, or entrepreneurs who have personally overseen high-stakes client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a nuanced, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and accountability.
If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service where credibility, professionalism, and experience quality shape the brand, this role will resonate—applied now to work that drives meaningful change.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting in Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, Orange County, Roswell, Chicago, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Dallas-Fort Worth. Relocation assistance is provided.
