What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Director, Alpha - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most enrollment positions focus on volume. This one is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons are structured for depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But effectiveness depends on selecting the right families. That's your responsibility.
You will oversee the complete admissions experience for a campus, beginning with application and concluding with enrollment. This is not a handoff position. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are driven by genuine alignment. You will evaluate fit, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: private schools, selective programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and accountability. If your career has been defined by delivering white-glove service where trust, discretion, and quality shape the brand, this role will resonate. Apply now to bring that caliber of work to something meaningful.
What You Will Be Doing
Own and deliver a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment process that attracts aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and performance of the Alpha model.
Basic Requirements
Join the team building school around student growth

Roles with real student impact: Alpha hires teachers (guides), operators, admissions experts, school & curriculum leaders, and remote team members.
Education work that pays like it matters: Alpha offers six-figure roles for people ready to help build a radically better school experience.
A culture built for builders: Alpha is fast-moving, ambitious, and student focused. It’s for people who want to improve the system, not maintain it.
