What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Client Relations, Alpha - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most enrollment positions prioritize throughput. This one is designed to uphold rigor.
Alpha is constructing one of the most forward-thinking school frameworks in existence. Our sites integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely progress faster than national standards, validated by measurable outcomes. Afternoons are reserved for deeper exploration, autonomy, and applied competency development. The model delivers results. But results depend on choosing the right families. That responsibility falls to you.
You will direct the full admissions pathway for a campus, spanning initial application to confirmed enrollment. This is not a role defined by handoffs. You bear accountability for the family experience, the clarity with which they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment choice reflects genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against proceeding when warranted. The objective is not to maximize headcount. The objective is to ensure mutual fit.
We welcome applicants from high-caliber service settings outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership bodies, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly stewarded complex, high-stakes client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detail-oriented, phased engagement with discernment, precision, and accountability. If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where credibility, confidentiality, and quality of experience shape the brand, this position will resonate. Apply now to bring that benchmark to mission-driven work.
What You Will Be Doing
