What You Will Be Doing
- Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours through clear, professional communication aligned with Alpha's voice
- Organizing and executing admissions events, campus visits, and shadow days, managing everything from logistics to post-event follow-through
- Keeping applicant records complete and precise across CRM systems and admissions platforms
- Conducting meetings with families to present Alpha's educational model, answer questions, and document key insights
- Partnering with campus and admissions teams to sustain a streamlined and effective admissions process
- Rendering final admissions decisions or shaping enrollment policy
- Delivering instruction or managing curriculum development
- Employing aggressive sales methods or formulaic messaging
- Working within ambiguous or slow-paced structures

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, events, or related roles
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
