What You Will Be Doing
- Replying to prospective family inquiries within 24 hours with communication that is clear, professional, and aligned with Alpha's values
- Organizing and delivering admissions events, campus visits, and shadow day experiences, managing everything from logistics to follow-up
- Keeping applicant records complete, current, and accurate across CRM systems and admissions tools
- Conducting family meetings to present Alpha's educational approach, answer questions, and document key information
- Working alongside campus and admissions teams to sustain an efficient and cohesive enrollment process
- Rendering final admissions decisions or shaping enrollment policies
- Delivering instruction or managing academic curriculum
- Applying aggressive sales methods or relying on scripted messaging
- Working within a disorganized or sluggish operational framework

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, events, or related roles
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
