What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Counselor, Alpha - $75,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at one of our campus locations.
If you're someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do, this role will suit you. This is a compelling opportunity to become part of one of Alpha's most recently opened campuses and leave a lasting impact from the outset. You won't simply be a team member. You'll contribute to shaping culture, establishing standards, and advancing with the campus as it expands.
At Alpha, we don't exist to preserve traditional approaches. We're creating something superior for students and their families. We seek someone capable of assuming complete ownership over both the enrollment experience for new families and the operational functions that ensure our campus operates effectively.
This is not a conventional admissions position. You won't spend your time confined to a desk composing generic messages or buried in administrative tasks. You'll conduct meaningful family tours, establish credibility with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a customized, seamless admissions process. Concurrently, you'll maintain a safe, compliant campus environment that consistently welcomes students and families with assurance.
Alpha is a K–12 private school that rethinks childhood education. We combine adaptive technology with skilled Guides to provide individualized, mastery-oriented learning that equips students for real life, not simply exams. In this position, you'll embody that mission, bringing it to life for every family who enters our campus.
If you're prepared to accelerate your growth while contributing to work that matters, we'd like to hear from you.
