Alpha isn't focused on preserving existing systems. We're creating something fundamentally better for students and their families. We need someone capable of taking complete ownership over both the family enrollment experience and the operational functions that sustain daily campus performance.
This role differs significantly from conventional admissions positions. You won't spend your time confined to a desk drafting templated communications or buried in administrative tasks. Rather, you'll conduct impactful family tours, establish trust with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a tailored, streamlined admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll maintain campus safety, regulatory compliance, and readiness to confidently receive students and families.
Alpha is a K–12 independent school reimagining childhood education. We combine adaptive digital applications with expert Guides to provide personalized, mastery-oriented learning that equips students for real-world success, not merely standardized assessments. In this position, you'll serve as the frontline embodiment of that mission, bringing it to life for every family entering our campus.

What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting personalized, high-conversion family tours that communicate Alpha's three core commitments and build confidence in our educational approach.
- Executing proactive outreach and communication strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions pipeline.
- Implementing comprehensive safety and safeguarding protocols to ensure a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
- Managing all facilities-related operations, including preventative maintenance schedules, vendor management, and repair coordination.
- Leveraging data analysis to refine operational processes and enhance both enrollment conversion and campus efficiency.
- Being limited to a single, monotonous administrative function or isolated departmental role.
- Operating under restrictive, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
- Managing excessive procedural obstacles that impede tangible results.
- Concentrating solely on documentation, removed from direct engagement with students and families.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
- 1 years experience in school admissions or enrollment
- Experience working with children/students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC.
