This is far from a conventional admissions position. You won't find yourself confined to desk work distributing templated correspondence or buried in administrative monotony. You'll conduct impactful family tours, establish rapport with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a tailored, seamless admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll guarantee that our campus remains secure, compliant, and perpetually prepared to receive students and families with assurance.
Alpha is a K–12 private school reimagining childhood education. We leverage adaptive applications and skilled Guides to provide personalized, mastery-based learning that equips students for life beyond standardized assessments. In this capacity, you'll serve as the frontline embodiment of that mission, bringing it to life for every family entering our facility.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting personalized, conversion-focused family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational approach.
- Implementing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the enrollment pipeline.
- Maintaining strict safety and safeguarding standards to establish a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
- Supervising comprehensive facilities management, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor liaison, and repair coordination.
- Regularly evaluating data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.
- Being limited to a single, monotonous administrative function or isolated department.
- Operating under restrictive, hierarchical micromanagement that constrains your autonomy.
- Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles that impede substantive progress.
- Concentrating solely on documentation, detached from the students and families you support.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
- 1 years experience in school admissions or enrollment
- Experience working with children/students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC.
