What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Operations Manager, Alpha - $75,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at one of our campus locations.
If you're someone who takes initiative rather than waits for direction, this role will suit you well. This is a unique chance to join one of Alpha's most recently opened campuses and contribute meaningfully from the outset. Your role extends beyond team membership—you'll actively influence the culture, establish expectations, and develop as the campus expands.
At Alpha, we reject complacency. We're creating a superior educational experience for students and their families. We need someone capable of assuming complete responsibility for both the new family enrollment experience and the operational functions that sustain campus effectiveness.
This position differs significantly from traditional admissions work. You won't spend your days at a desk drafting template emails or buried in administrative tasks. You'll conduct meaningful family campus visits, establish credibility with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a customized, efficient admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll maintain campus safety, regulatory compliance, and readiness to receive students and families professionally.
Alpha is a K–12 independent school that transforms educational delivery. Through adaptive technology and skilled Guides, we provide individualized, mastery-oriented learning that equips students for real-world success rather than standardized assessments. In this position, you'll represent that mission directly, bringing it to life for every family entering our facility.
If you're prepared to advance quickly while performing impactful work, we're interested in speaking with you.
