What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Operations Manager, Alpha - $75,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This position requires in-person presence at one of our campus locations.
If you're someone who excels at driving outcomes rather than waiting for direction, this role will suit you. You'll have the opportunity to join one of Alpha's most recently launched campuses and contribute meaningfully from the outset. Your involvement will extend beyond team membership—you'll actively influence the culture, establish operational standards, and advance as the campus expands.
Alpha exists to challenge convention, not preserve it. We're creating an improved educational option for students and their families. We need someone capable of assuming complete accountability for both the family enrollment experience and the operational activities that sustain daily campus function.
This position differs significantly from traditional admissions roles. You won't spend your time at a desk dispatching templated correspondence or bogged down in clerical tasks. Your focus will be conducting impactful family tours, establishing credibility with prospective parents, and facilitating a smooth, individualized admissions process. Concurrently, you'll maintain a campus environment that is secure, compliant, and consistently prepared to receive students and families with assurance.
Alpha is a K–12 private institution that transforms the learning experience for children. Through adaptive technology and skilled Guides, we provide personalized, mastery-oriented education designed to prepare students for real-world success, not merely standardized assessments. In this capacity, you'll serve as the primary representative of that mission, bringing it to life for every family who enters our campus.
If you're prepared to accelerate your professional development while contributing to work that matters, we're interested in speaking with you.
