What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment Manager, Alpha - $75,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
If you're someone who drives results rather than waits for direction, this role will suit you. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of Alpha's newest campuses and leave a lasting impact from the outset. You won't simply be a team member—you'll actively influence the culture, establish standards, and advance with the campus as it expands.
Alpha isn't focused on preserving traditional models. We're creating a better alternative for students and families. We need someone capable of taking complete ownership of the enrollment experience for new families and the operational functions that ensure our campus operates effectively.
This isn't a conventional admissions position. You won't be confined to a desk dispatching templated emails or buried in administrative tasks. You'll conduct impactful family tours, establish trust with prospective parents, and facilitate a smooth, individualized admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll maintain campus safety, regulatory compliance, and readiness to receive students and families with assurance.
Alpha is a K–12 private school that rethinks childhood education. We combine adaptive technology and skilled Guides to provide personalized, mastery-oriented learning that equips students for life beyond standardized testing. In this position, you'll serve as the frontline representative of that mission, bringing it to life for every family who enters our campus.
If you're prepared to advance quickly while performing meaningful work, we want to hear from you.
