What You Will Be Doing
Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with outstanding precision and care
Take part in all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or virtual

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
- High attention to detail and demonstrated experience maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM data
- Comfortable managing a blend of remote work and in-person campus duties
- Able to adjust rapidly and succeed in a fast-moving, mission-driven culture
- Authorized to work in the US and able to work in-person in either San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
- Experience in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Background facilitating admissions events or comprehensive onboarding experiences
- Ease working in rapidly evolving, technology-enhanced settings
