What You Will Be Doing
Oversee and manage the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished correspondence with prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous precision
Attend all admissions events, such as information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, in both campus and virtual formats
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day scheduling
Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up processes with accuracy and currency

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you demonstrate dependability and careful attention to detail
- High attention to detail and demonstrated experience maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM data
- Comfortable managing the balance between remote work and in-person campus duties
- Able to adapt swiftly and excel in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Authorized to work in the US and able to work in-person in either San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
- Experience in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Background facilitating admissions events or intensive onboarding experiences
- Ease working in rapidly evolving, technology-enhanced environments
