Job Details
- Location: Outpatient clinic setting, with a contract length of 13 weeks starting on 09/21/2026.
- Shift: Days, with flexible hours from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, totaling 8-10 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
- Required Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Wisconsin Physical Therapist license.
- Education: Masters Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
- Experience: 0 years minimum experience required; general physical therapy or orthopedic skills preferred.
- Charting Experience: Epic electronic health record system preferred.
- Unit Specific Skillset: Ability to treat approximately 8-10 patients per day, managing a wide variety of conditions in a busy outpatient rural clinic, including outpatient orthopedics and some neuro conditions; able to treat all age ranges except pediatrics beyond basic orthopedics.
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, beginning on 09/21/2026, ending on 12/19/2026.
- Additional Information: Contractor must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility; no float rotation required. During flu season, individuals declining flu and COVID vaccinations are required to wear masks at all times, in accordance with organizational policy.
