Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Active Illinois license at the time of submission; IA license also required, with proof of application if inactive; a minimum of 2 years of current Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
- Schedule: Evening shifts, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- Submission requirements: At least 2 years of previous experience required; all candidates must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility; all candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license.
- Additional Information: The position involves working within electronic medical record systems (EPIC), with provisions for holiday multipliers, callback multipliers, on-call pay, and precepting responsibilities. Weekly orientation sessions are scheduled every Monday.
