Job Summary

Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (CCL TECH) located in the specified healthcare facility this role involves supporting interventional procedures such as heart caths, stent placements, and neuro interventions within an acute care setting. The technologist will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic cases, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.

Job Details

• Position Description:
  
  Unit notes indicate the candidate must be trained in Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Neuro procedures, with experience in catheterization laboratories, interventional neuro, and electrophysiology suites. The work involves approximately 28 cases per day, including STEMI receiving, with a 24/7 on-call requirement for STEMI care and weekday call duties.


• Required Qualifications:
  
  Certifications in ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; minimum experience of 2 years in related cardiac or neuro interventional procedures; valid licensure to practice.


• Schedule:
  
  Day shifts, 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week.


• Additional Information:
  
  Travelers should demonstrate confidence and experience in cardiac and peripheral procedures; neuro or electrophysiology experience is not mandatory unless specified. Call responsibilities include one weekend every five weeks and on-call duty during holidays with response times of 30 minutes. Scrub color will be provided; casual attire permitted to change into scrubs.
