About the Opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of Amrize for an Electrical Maintenance Planner II in Troy, New York. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to maximize plant uptime and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Work Orders: Plan electrical maintenance work orders, scoping tasks, parts, tools, and labor hours required for execution.
- CMMS Management: Maintain and optimize equipment records, PM tasks, and spare parts inventory in the CMMS (SAP PM / Maximo).
- Shutdown Planning: Develop detailed schedules for plant outages and planned electrical shutdowns.
- Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with external electrical contractors and specialized service vendors.
- Reliability Tracking: Analyze maintenance KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, and backlog to improve maintenance efficiency.
Candidate Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Technology, Engineering, or equivalent journeyman electrician experience.
- Experience: 3 years of maintenance planning or electrical maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
- Skills: Strong proficiency with CMMS systems, MS Project, and industrial electrical systems.
