About the Opportunity
Honeywell is seeking a Sr Advanced Cyber Security Architect Engineer in Duluth, GA. In this role, you will architect secure operational technology (OT) and industrial IoT systems, mitigating cyber risks across mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Architecture: Define and govern end-to-end cybersecurity architectures for embedded products and cloud-connected IoT platforms.
- Threat Modeling & Risk Analysis: Conduct threat modeling (STRIDE), vulnerability assessments, and security risk analyses.
- Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL): Embed security into the software/hardware engineering lifecycle, promoting secure coding standards.
- Penetration Testing Oversight: Coordinate penetration testing, red-team exercises, and cryptographical validations.
- Compliance & Frameworks: Ensure architectural adherence to NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, and ISO 27001 standards.
Candidate Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 7 years in security engineering and architecture, with demonstrable experience in embedded or industrial OT security.
- Certifications: CISSP, CSSLP, CISM, or GIAC certifications highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of PKI, cryptography, network security protocols, and secure firmware development.
