Role Description
The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences at one of Crew’s premier venues in New York, NY. Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, and training, ensuring adherence to quality standards, overseeing inventory and supply management, and addressing customer feedback promptly. The role involves collaborating with senior management to achieve operational goals and fostering a positive team culture. This is a temporary, on-site position.
