Responsibilities
- Enhance existing solutions and contribute to the design and development of new, complex, technical solutions by analyzing systems and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Develop routine and repeatable solutions to meet customer and business requirements
- Contribute to and maintain technical roadmaps to support application development and ensure work is prioritized in alignment with business needs
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues to maintain reliable, fully functioning applications
- Continuously learn and apply engineering best practices and industry standards to day‑to‑day work
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated unit tests to ensure solution quality and reliability
- Research, recommend, and implement improvements to enhance solution quality, performance, and supporting infrastructure
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot virtual machines running on edge infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and operational stability
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent years of related work experience
- At least three (3) years of experience building and maintaining technical solutions in a business environment
- Linux systems engineering and administration in production environments
- Python scripting for automation and operational tooling
- Integration with systems and services using REST APIs
- Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships to work cross-fictionally
- Willingness to take initiative and have the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to remain organized and self-motivated
- Prioritizes and organizes assignments to make efficient use of time with significant attention to detail
- Capable of identifying problems, analyzing, and evaluating information to determine solutions for problem solving

Salary : $62,000 - $85,000
