- Lead detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Own and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational efficiency
- Develop and present financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual and projected results
- Deliver ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as needed
- Background in Big 4 or large regional public accounting, plus hands-on industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 5-7 years relevant financial analysis experience working across multiple entities, M&A, financial modeling, etc.
- Deep understanding of financial statements, metrics, ratios, and KPI frameworks
- Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, BI, or similar Analytic tools a plus!
