Responsibilities Of The Director Of SEC Reporting

• Key player in supporting SEC readiness and ongoing reporting for SEC and other external reporting requirements.
• Lead ongoing implementation and update of accounting standards.
• Suggest and lead continuous improvement processes.
• Work with internal and external auditors.
• Additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications Of The Director SEC Reporting

• CPA highly preferred
• Public Accounting experience – working with investments clients.
• 7 years’ experience with SEC reporting.
