Your Role
As Billing Manager, you’ll be a key member of our finance team, ensuring accurate billing and cost tracking across multiple projects. Your expertise will help drive smart financial decisions and support our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit AIA billing applications and other client billing formats.
- Oversee job costing for labor, materials, subcontractors, and overhead.
- Reconcile budgets to actuals and deliver clear variance analyses.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor financial performance and resolve billing issues.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and industry standards.
- Support month-end close, reporting, and audit processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of AIA billing and job costing.
- Proficiency with accounting software (construction-specific systems a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
