- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Oversee cash flow activities, including monitoring receivables and payables.
- Process and review accounts payable invoices for accuracy and proper coding.
- Assist with vendor payments, expense tracking, and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain an understanding of debits and credits to ensure proper journal entry recording.
- Review and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
- Provide financial insights to support internal departments.
- Assist with audits and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or an associate degree with equivalent experience).
- Accounting experience, including general ledger work, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Hybrid, 3 days in office per week after 30 days in training, located in Minneapolis
Salary : $67,000 - $75,000
