Financial Controller – Growth-Stage Manufacturing Company
Location: Chaska, MN | Flexible Hybrid Model
Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 base bonus

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes and prepare accurate financial statements.
Lead ERP system implementation and ensure strong financial data integrity.
Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures in compliance with GAAP.
Partner with the CEO to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to guide decision-making.
Oversee bank reconciliations, cash flow reporting, and working capital management.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
Support business planning, pricing, and profitability analysis as the company scales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, ideally in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial systems.
Experience with ERP implementation or optimization.
Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable working directly with executive leadership.
