Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management with insights into the Company’s financial health, profitability, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in the development of financial models for various scenarios to support strategic planning.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual and budgeted/forecasted results.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 10 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, performance metrics, and key financial ratios.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with overtime as needed.
