What You’ll Do
- Research complex financial data and utilize findings to assist senior management in optimizing the financial planning structure of Frost lines of business
- Proactively present research and make recommendations to executive and senior management to ensure Frost business objectives are achieved
- Utilize institutional accounting knowledge to create reporting and analysis tools that improve and automate the financial data collection process
- Perform high-level budget analysis to ensure that forecasted financial goals are being upheld at Frost
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 years of Financial Analysis experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Demonstrated experience with SQL and/or Tableau
