Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Controller, you will:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including cost accounting, cash flow management, and M&A activities.
• Lead the accounting team (3 direct reports) and support continued growth across the organization.
• Manage acquisitions and integration processes.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting using QuickBooks Online, Shop Works, and other cost-of-goods software.
• Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and deliver insightful financial analysis to leadership.
  
  

Qualifications

We’re looking for a Senior Controller who has:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred, but not required).
• Experience in cost accounting, acquisitions, and manufacturing or e-commerce environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with QuickBooks Online (Shop Works or similar software experience is a plus).
• Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative, hands-on approach.
