- Lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Manage annual audit process and Form 990 filings with external auditors
- Develop and maintain accounting policies/procedures with focus on donor-advised funds
- Provide financial reporting and analysis to leadership and Committees
- Oversee day-to-day financial transactions including contributions, grants, AP, and cash flow
- Collaborate with client success team to ensure accurate and timely fund distributions
- Implement technology and process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA strongly preferred)
- 7–10 years progressive accounting/finance experience, including 2 years in leadership
- Strong GAAP and nonprofit accounting knowledge
- Prior public accounting or nonprofit/charitable operations background preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner across teams
- U.S. work authorization required (not eligible for visa sponsorship)
