Videographer

Our client, an established architecture firm is seeking a full-time Videographer / Editor to join its team. This role will begin as soon as the right candidate is identified and is based onsite in the Fort Worth office, with regular travel throughout Texas. 

This position is ideal for a well-rounded visual storyteller who is comfortable owning projects end-to-end from planning and shooting to editing and motion graphics. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, a refined sense of style, and the confidence to represent the brand in client-facing environments. 

Videographer Responsibilities: 

- Capture and edit high-quality video content for a variety of uses, including marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and live events 

- Shoot both B-roll and interview-style content, with strong framing, lighting, and composition techniques 

- Create and integrate motion graphics and basic compositing elements to enhance video storytelling 

- Travel throughout Texas to capture footage of projects and events (often requiring weekday travel flexibility)

- Collaborate with internal teams to concept and execute creative content that aligns with brand standards 

- Represent the organization professionally while on location and working with clients 

Videographer Qualifications & Experience: 

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 

- 3 years of experience producing high-quality, professional video content 

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects 

- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio capture, especially in interview settings 

- Demonstrated ability to shoot effective B-roll, including knowing when to capture wide, medium, and detail shots 

- A strong sense of visual style and creative point of view, with the ability to both follow brand guidelines and push creative boundaries
