Junior Graphic Designer 

Our client is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support a busy team in a fast-paced professional services environment. This role combines graphic design, marketing support, transaction coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Adobe InDesign, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

• Duration: 4 months, 40 hours per week, ability to move to FTE based on performance and business needs
• Location: Onsite, Greensville, NC

Required Qualifications

• 1 years of experience working in a design role in a professional environment
• Strong Adobe InDesign experience
• Experience supporting sales, brokerage, marketing, or business development teams
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience editing and redlining PDFs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable learning new software and web-based systems
• Commercial real estate experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update marketing materials using Adobe InDesign
• Design graphics and assist with marketing copy development
• Support transaction processing and documentation workflow
• Edit and redline listing agreements and other PDF documents
• Coordinate communication with internal teams and external clients
• Process vouchers and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow up on emails and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Organize, manipulate, and maintain data within Excel
• Coordinate signage orders for commercial properties
• Support multiple projects while maintaining quality and accuracy

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
