Position Overview
Our client, a leading children's toy company, is looking for a highly creative social-first Content Creator to join their team!
This role is onsite in Wilton, CT, 4x per week and remote 1 day per week.
You will be responsible for ideating, filming, editing, and publishing engaging content across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Conceptualize, film, edit, and publish platform-native content
- Serve as an on-camera personality, acting as a relatable and authentic extension of the brand
- Participate in livestreams, product demos, behind-the-scenes content, and social activations
- Proactively identify, interpret, and act on social trends in a brand-appropriate way
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment and approvals
- Drive audience engagement through authentic storytelling and community interaction
- Capture and produce content during events, product launches, trade shows, and activations
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio of social-first content samples (required)
- Proven experience with TikTok and short-form video platforms
- Hands-on experience creating, filming, and editing both short- and long-form content
- Deep understanding of platform trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Ability to craft engaging, relatable stories that drive interaction and growth
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative and marketing teams
- Skilled at capturing real-time, in-the-moment content during live events
- Highly adaptable, fast-moving, and comfortable in dynamic environments
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
