Senior Marketing Manager (Luggage Industry)

Our client, a leading travel brand, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with expertise in the luggage category to join their team full-time. This role is based onsite Monday-Thursday in Carlsbad, CA and reports to the Director of Brand Marketing.

You will lead category strategy and execution, driving brand awareness and growth across DTC, retail, and wholesale channels. This role requires a strong understanding of the luggage industry, travel consumer trends, and the creator landscape.

What You will Do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and annual plans
• Lead go-to-market campaigns for new product launches
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns (paid, social, PR, influencer, experiential, retail)
• Partner cross-functionally with product, creative, digital, and sales teams
• Manage influencer partnerships, PR initiatives, and brand activations
• Own category performance, reporting, and optimization

What You Bring

• 5 years of marketing experience in luggage, travel, outdoor, or lifestyle brands
• Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills
• Experience with digital marketing, performance analytics, and campaign execution
• Ability to translate insights into impactful brand storytelling

 

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
